Well you can do special searches, just start typing the link, and then
press tab, and search that site. Another thing you could do, since I
guess you want to be able to search all of you bookmarks at the same
time, or just simply multiple sites at the same time, then what you
could do is create a custom search engine by going to: 
http://www.google.com/coop/cse/
and then use it to add a search engine under "Wrench" > Options >
Basic Tab > Under Default Search Engine, just click on the "Manage"
button, and add the custom search engine on it, to be used with the
tab feature :)
