On my 64-bit Ubuntu Jaunty setup, Chromium hasn't yet been updated from 4.0.211.0 (Ubuntu build 26265), and I still see the URL in the status bar.... Henri
Update : as the Ubuntu ppa seems to be on the blink again, I updated Chromium manually to v 4.0.212.0 (26436), but when mousing over a link, I still see the related URL in the Chromium status bar, i e, no change from earlier builds....
