Dear M-A, The problem is not from device. I'm not expert about this, but knew a little bit about it.
The current swipe-web-login is implement in application layer on Windows. The fingerprint application will provide a plugin to hook on IE or Firefox via extension mechanism. So that the functionality can work with IE or Firefox. However, if end user is using Chrome non-beta revision, it doesn't provide extension mechanism!! ISVs will be unable to provide any solution to hook into logon procedure. IHVs has nothing to do on Windows. -- Regards, ymhuang On Sep 16, 9:12 pm, Marc-Antoine Ruel <[email protected]> wrote: > You should ask the device provider for support.
