Until recently the Chromium Windows build had an alternative solution sln file for building with JSC instead of v8. I think it was called chrome_kjs.sln and you could look for that in an archive or something perhaps to understand the differences. But that is not supported anymore as mentioned in (google this) Chromium Developer Documentation Build Instructions Windows. I don't know anything else, but since no one else responded yet I thought I'd point that out. Good luck.
