I'm running Chrome on Ubuntu (Intrepid), but am running into a similar problem... downloads stop at around 25 MB, and other browsers are able to download the same files without problems.
Google Chrome: 4.0.211.2 (Official Build 26474) WebKit: 532.0 V8: 1.3.11 User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US) AppleWebKit/ 532.0 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/4.0.211.2 Safari/532.0 Chrome was downloading fine without the problem as of the previous build, so I'm guessing something broke with the latest installment. If I were to speculate, the downloads all stopping around the same size, but different sizes for different users, may be due to some counter or memory space overflow. This problem suggests to me a need for 1) a way for Chrome to alert the user that the download may have stopped prematurely or unexpectedly; and 2) a smarter download manager that is able to resume interrupted downloads.
