Only one click -- right-click in the Omnibox and type s to "Paste and
go"

It might be nice for a way to do it from anyplace on the page instead
of moving the cursor to the Omnibox, but that would either involve an
additional context-menu item (too much clutter?) or a keyboard
shortcut.
