But as far as your question... unfortunately, no. No Google Toolbar.

Though, the Dev version of Chrome has a built-in bookmark sync feature
- which'll allow you to take your bookmarks everywhere with you
without the toolbar. And Xmarks is available for Chrome right, and I
use it to sync my bookmarks between Chrome and Firefox - it works
perfectly. Right now, it's in Alpha... so you need to be put on a
waiting list before you can get your hands on it. But when it becomes
publicly released, and when Extensions work their way into the Stable
version of Chrome, this can probably make you really happy.
