The Bookmark Sync feature is upcoming, apparently, in Chrome 4, which should
be out in 2 or 3 months, I suppose.You can already test it if you get on the
edgy developer channel (dev.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel).

The GMail notifier feature will not be a core feature, most probably, but
the extensions system would take care of that, also, apparently, upcoming in
Chrome 4.
