While walking through Chrome's bookmarks, I need to be able to find the
"Bookmarks bar" and "Other bookmarks" folders occasionally. Right now I
just get the root folder and check it's children, comparing the title to
find the folder I'm looking for. Sadly, this doesn't work all that well
if the user is running a non-English version of Chrome.

Is there a better way to find these folders?
Colin
