Does anyone know how to reload an extension? I have an options page that saves some input given by the user. I would like my extension to automatically reload once the user has filled out different options that affect how the extension works. I tried to douplicate the functionality of the reload button on the extensions page by calling 'chrome.send' but it didn't seem to work.
