I have one extension with some code in the background.html and I can't even
debug that code properly. When reloading, it either works or it simply
doesn't.

Also, for some reason, sometimes reloading is not enough, I have to
uninstall (or delete the directory manually) when modifying code in the
manifest.json.

The rest (regular js files) looks good and it is almost on the fly and very
easy to debug.
