Hey guys, Sorry about any wait - I've cleaned out the review queue so everyone should have instructions on how to proceed. Most reviews are due to file://* permissions and the easiest way to address that is to remove that line from your manifest (if you don't need it) and upload again - you won't have to follow the instructions I sent if you do that.
