As the subject says I think it would be cool to have that displayed on the top of the page (maybe even both) so that when you have a lot of extensions and just want to get more you don't have to scroll all the way to the bottom to click the "Get more extensions" link. (I know you can type in the URL but a simple click would be easier - in my opinion)
Maybe to expand on this idea - Have a bigger Blue button to the right of the extensions page labeled "Extensions" or "More extensions" - this way it'll be more noticeable to users.
