I'm not sure if it is related, but the gallery has suddenly switched to Russian for me today. I have Russian as my system's secondary language but my Google account is set to English everywhere. I suppose Chrome may be sending an Accept-Language header, but I don't know where to check that. In any case, account settings should take precedence. An interesting note is that the developer dashboard is still English, while the rest isn't.
