JMSAdaptor misses last argument in some cases when parsing

The {{JMSAdaptor}} code and it's unit tests are written to pass and accept the
adaptor configs including the offset long value as the final token. In a
running agent though, the offset value is not passed to the {{parseArgs}}
method. This causes the last legitimate argument to not be received by the
adaptor.
