We moved our svn to incubator. I think the .svn files on people.apache.org
doesn't reflect this move. Make sure "svn switch" is ran for the site. We
also need to move our site from hadoop to incubator, then create a redirect for
hadoop.apache.org/chukwa to incubator.apache.org/chukwa.
