Thank you for the response. I guess I should start at the beginning. I
loaded chukwa as part of trying to get Intel's HiTune package to work. So in
other words, I don't know  what the CFTA adaptor is and/or what it's trying
to do. Do you have time for a little hand holding in terms of what you're
suggesting I do?

This is due to a graceful shutdown on CFTA-UTF8 adaptor, but the log file is
continuously being populated.  The adaptor has unregistered from agent, but
the thread is trying to finish tailing the file but unable to finish because
new data are coming.  There are two ways to avoid this, either rename the
log file to allow the threads to finish, or use "stop" command when
unregistering from agent.  This will force adaptor to stop rather than
finishing the file.  Hope this helps.
