Starting a new thread as I'm not sure where Sandy Finlayson's query was posted. Sandy asked about the status of Volume IV, "The Stricken World 1916-1922," and its trio of Companion Volumes. From Hillsdale's editor, Douglas Jeffrey:
"The books are done. The hold-up has been the dust jackets, which had to be reprinted because the color on the first batch was slightly off (this is a recurring problem we have had which is inexplicable to me). Anyway, that problem has been resolved now and I have just requested a delivery date. I'll let you know what I hear. Volume V and companions are scheduled for April." Hillsdale is getting to the heart of the matter now: first edition Companions to Vols IV and V are rare indeed, and bringing enormous prices on the secondhand market, so demand for these reprints will be high.
