The Churchill Arms pub in Kensington Church Street is over 200 years old and
was originally called The Marlborough.

  A question for the list.

I had dinner last night at a pub called "The Churchill Arms" on Kensington
Church Street in Kensington/Notting Hill. In the main room there was a blue
disk proclaiming that Churchill wrote some of his wartime speeches there.

Does anyone know if this can be true? I looked through the Jenkins biography
quickly this morning and found nothing to support this.
