David,

Phil and Susan Larson tracked down the photo for use during the 2006 Chicago
International Churchill Conference.  It came from the FDR Library and was
taken in London in 1944 at an event to commemorate the US Thanksgiving Day.
I'll look back through my files and see if I can determine more precisely
just where it was.
