Dear Cita,
 
I think it is spot on. I heard Professor Rose speak in Washington DC and
was not convinced. Just because Churchill read a particular text does
not mean that it alone influenced his subsequent behaviour.
 
On a separate note, will you be in the UK next May? If so, might we
tempt you to speak at the International Conference?
