Chris Bell (whose fine new book *Churchill and the Dardanelles* is just 
coming out) is exactly right. Lengthy passages from the "unpublished 
article," if not most of it, are from "Are There Men on the Moon?," *Sunday 
Dispatch*, 8 March 1942, Cohen C662--republished in Michael Wolff, ed., *The 
Collected Essays of Sir Winston Churchill,* vol. 4, *Churchill at Large* 
(London: 
Library of Imperial History, 1975), 493-98.

Ron Cohen notes it was part of 19 articles Churchill sold to the *Dispatch* for 
successive weeks in March-July 1942. At least six were not reprinted in the 
*Collected 
Essays,* Ron says, so there are a few more "unknown" articles out there to 
be rediscovered.
