In the Guardian newspaper today, January 5, 2006, an article entitled "Did the CIA give Iran the bomb" was published.
It is an excerpt from James Risen's book copyrighted 2006 entitled State of War and published by The Free Press in which it partially says "George Bush insists that Iran must not be allowed to develop nuclear weapons. So why, six years ago, did the CIA give the Iranians blueprints to build a bomb?" Further on the first page of this extract, it states "In an extract from his explosive new book, New York times reporter James Risen reveals the bungles and miscalculations that led to a spectacular intelligence fiasco." At the end of this excerpt, ordering information is provided as follows: To order a copy for £17.99 with free UK p&p (rrp £18.99), call 0870 836 0875 or go to guardian.co.uk/bookshop Hopefully, you can access the excerpt in its entirety by logging on to the Guardian's Web site which is probably http://www.guardian.co.uk This was not an intelligence failure. It was planned. It had to have been planned since everything the CIA does is planned.
