Records for this investigation were allegedly moved from Chicago to New York in
February of 2001. This was part of a massive transnational investigation. All
went up in smoke on 9/11.

York City prior to 9/11 without mentioning the 9/12 bioterror drill. These
questions must now be addressed as the initial suspicions of those who

coincidental presence of a large FEMA team in NYC at the location, Pier 92,
which became the Command Center for the entire emergency operation is
disturbing.
An alert press and a legitimate 9-11 Commission should have raised this issue

down and Parked on the other side of City Hall. Someone brings us an ESU
officer who was wandering. We put him our truck for accountability purposes.
Behind his eyes you could see he was really shaken up, he would just look at
you. We said, "you're all right. Your with us now."
All he answered is "They came down." I said, "I Know they came
down." We staged by the Woolworth Building and get a roster of who is
missing and who is not. We then go to stuyvesant High
