Bush Russell Opium Trust(ROT) "hands on" poppy policy rescued poppies from Taliban in 2001. It was apparently far more important to rescue poppies than to rescue oil from oil socialism in Iraq.
LaRouche thinks Obama's "hands-off" is different than Bush's "hands-on" poppy policy, enough different to impeach Obama for the same policy as Bush. The phrase "bomb the poppies" is not heard here, but that phrase does sound from some Larouche materials currently in circulation, and does remind us of bombing the trees in Cambodia and Laos, and spraying marijuana with paraquat and coca with roundup and sending ants to fight coca with fusarium oxysporum.
