A bit off-topic, but I don't know see a better list to post this too...

Using a fresh b133 install, I installed SUNWopenldap and configured SASL. When I run `slapd` *with* a debug flag (even "-d 0"), a SASL-based request succeeds. However, without a debug flag, the client reports an error and syslog on the server shows: "slapd[678]: [ID 668004 daemon.debug] SASL [conn=0] Error: couldn't init cipher".   Why should setting a debug flag matter?
