There is no way. 

cinelerra offers limited integration of plugin's gui into rest of
cinelerra.

This is on one side very good thing, since plugins can be very
independent, 'stable' and written in any programming language and
technique you want, but is drawback on other hand since the limits of
integration.

It would not be hard to add a toggle, to show where the center is, but
user would have to manually turn it on and off, which is annoying.
