Sorry for taking so long -- haven't had access to my computer for a bit.
I modified the patch slightly though so it *should* work with PAL now.
Also, I've discovered a crashing bug that seems to revolve around
reading from the end of a file -- haven't had time to debug it yet though.
Let me know how it goes.

I load any DV raw file. And I play it in the Compositor or the Viewer.

I've rebuilt cinelerra from SVN (revision 727) and the raw DV audio
rendering in very bad. The audio is undecipherable. I've not this
problem with svn revision 726.
I've just loaded a raw DV file without adding any effect.
