I want to make a video with still images. I have big images (bigger
than PAL) and I want to panning and zoomming to make an animation.
This is an example of what I want to do with cinelerra:

Is it possibile using only still images?
yes
How?
I've created an images list with 100 frames of the same image (2848 x
2136 pixels).
You do not do that. You import only one origintal image in it's original
size and use camera x/y/z to pan and zoom trough it.
Oh looks like I was wrong - that seemed a sound strategy to me.
Better ignore my advice then.

otherwise it works. put an
empty image beyond the point you intend to render and it will work
In this timeline:
images list 1 | black png | images list 2
The dissolve transition works at the start of the track and at the start
of the second clip (images list 2).
Don't works at the end of the two clips (images list 1 and images list
2).
I don't understand where I must put the empty image.
Can you pack and upload a simple example somewhere so i can take a look?
bye
