Wouldn't it be a good idea to have an option for rendering, and in case
the video can't be played at full framerate (or at some given fraction
of it) in the compositor, having this option automatically
downscaled/quality reduced? --> You would have linear per default, but
if your system is not capable/the framerate drops too low, it would
automatically use nearest neighbour..
