Well, I figure you can just disarm the track of you don't want a certain clip
to be affected. The main reason I want to have it affect every clip under the
cursor on every armed track is that you can nudge forward a video clip while
keeping things like titles, sound effects, etc. in sync with that clip rather
than having to go back and adjust the other clips to be back in sync.

That could work, too, although you would have to go and re-sync smaller clips
like sound effects, titles, etc.
