Well, at least, my cinelerra version (2.1, and 2.0 too) create mov files with
h264 and aac which are not well decoded by ffmpeg, latest cvs (even the older
too) .For info, if it can matters, the file rendered as mov file is a DV file
captured with kino.

ffmpeg complain:
[aac @ 0x2af6357e0030]faac: frame decoding failed: Pulse coding not allowed in
short blocks
Error while decoding stream #0.1
and
MP4Box -info give
MPEG4 stream broken.

However mplayer play the file almost fine.

I don't know if it is only on my installation or if it is also true for other
users, but for now, when i want to generate a "compliant" mov file with aac and
h264, i render my file in cinelerra in DV and 2complements and then i convert
it with ffmpeg or other tools to succeed !

i can send you a small mov file for testing if you want.
