[CinCVS] gentoo / sabayon install instructions

	I've read install instructions for ubuntu, fedora, suse, and other 
distros, but gentoo (I'm using sabayon), is not mentioned. Is easy, 
but please, Gentoo exists, and with the precompiled versions (as 
Sabayon) avoid the total compilation for each machine of every 
package, and the time it use to spend, with the best linux 
prefomance, and a post-compilation if you want. And EMERGE as 
upgrader and installer is a great aplication, better for conflicts 
than  Ubuntu ones.
