Well ... I think that I have 2 things on top of each other here.... a
bad installation AND the debian stuff then.

well, i found this:
"Debian has decided that H264 encoder might be a problem according to
Software patents and therefore have removed it from their repository.."
that's why now h264 encoder is no longer available....only free x264
project....so libavcodec option -libx264 is the only working..
