All my Hi8 tapes has RCTC time code. I look at the original recording date and time as valuable information to preserve also for backup and archieving purpose. Can this analog time code be converted to DV time code in any way? (I've decided to try the Datavideo DN-300 hard disk recorder which has a built-in Anolog S-video to DV conversion.)
