Turning off background rendering doesn't seem to make any difference.

My xml file is 470K, but it's a pretty densely edited half-hour project,
and I haven't noticed a huge amount of repetition in the code (but I've
only skimmed through it)

The problem is less that it crashes and more that it won't re-open
afterward... but I can give it a shot. Usually when I finally have it
open I just want to get some work done!

Deleting .bcast allowed me to open my project again, but I'm not sure
it'll fix the problem for good. Any idea which file in there might be
likely to screw things up? (so I don't need to keep rebuilding index
files)

Thank you all for your help,
Anne
