Not sure if these two odd behaviors are related. But this is what I noticed.
When draw media is off, Cinelerra does not let you copy new keyframes. You can
paste keyframes. You just can't push shift-c and get knew ones in the buffer.
Okay easy work around: just turn "draw media" back on.
But sometimes I am still unable to copy keyframes even when draw media is on.
Let's say I'm working on a track and I want to copy a camera-x position from
earlier on the track. I go back and select the area containing the keyframe.
I push shift-c. Then when I push shift-v, cinelerra pastes the previous
camera-x keyframe, not the new one I just tried to copy. My work around goes
like this: I put a new keyframe on the timeline, manipulate it into the
position I want and then shift-c on it. Then Cinelerra lets me copy it.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Toggle the draw media off, add some keyframes, toggle it back on. (Not
sure if this step is necessary but it's what I've been doing.)
2. Go to a keyframe near the beginning of the timeline and push shift-c on it.
3. Now try to paste it.
Actual Results:
The previously copied keyframe (not the newly copied one) is pasted onto the
time line.
Expected Results:
Pasted the freshly copied keyframe.
Not too big of a deal. Just a minor irritant.
