If I was doing it, I would copy the same video to the track underneath,
chroma key out the hand in the first video, then add a glow to the 2nd
video using color tools. Then for a gradual glow, use Generate Keyframes
while Tweeking while playing with the chroma key.
i was going for kind of a glow in my hand like a light would reflect if i w=
as holding one.
