The only thought I have is that I never tested any of this with DNxHD, so it's not surprising it doesn't work. I'm not even sure if it's being picked up by my loader, or if something esle is trying to grab it first. The .MOV extension may well mean the the quicktime4linux libs are trying to snag it as one of their formats....
