Anyways, we're going to offer all three options to these customers - I want to put the control in their court which as Stephen and others have suggested. Then the responsibility is on the customer which "route" they prefer (sorry, bad pun). Currently these customers are both getting full tables and could handle an additional table with no issues at all. Appreciate the feedback from everyone..
