That's why a PA-A3-T3 goes for next to nothing on the used market.
After thinking about it a bit more, I think we'll use the ATM PAs to get
this project off the ground and get some revenue coming in. When we
start running short on BW rather than buy the non-ATM versions will skip
the DS3 entirely and jump to an OC3. That would make the most sense I
think.
