until add-path is available (not sure about roadmap), you can build two
RR planes, and try to keep the individual paths on separate planes. So
RRs in plane A don't peer with RRs in plane B.. It requires manual
policies (to send paths from a RR-client to the "right" plane with the
"right" metric), so it's not a general solution.
