Not sure. I don't pay a lot of attention to MSFC flows.
A guess: the MSFC is attached to the PFC, so flows *leaving* the MSFC
are actually ingress from the perspective of the PFC.
If traffic goes through a router we have cache entries mostly only on a PFC
and ingress only in case of PFC3xxx, correct?
