This is no go, ISSU, or more accurately eFSU will require 512MB memory on line cards to support loading old and new IOS. Not even CFC 67xx cards will work, as they ship with 256MB. Funny thing when I opened case on this, CSCO was very insistent that CFC will work, because 'a CFC has a CPU onboard with 512MB so you are fine', took some convincing to make them accept that it in fact does ship with only 256MB So either you buy DFC's to all line cards or upgrade memory to 512MB.
