Is the new core live ? I was under the impression that it was being
rolled out.
CsC does not require the second carrier to fully support MPLS. Only on
the edge CE connecting to the top provider.

First impression is that changing the AS number of an entire network
seems a bit daunting.  Even the idea of a BGP confederation seems a
little dated, no?

Interesting idea.  I'd have to read more on this, but doesn't this imply
that the second C in CsC have an MPLS enabled network?
