How much overall traffic? 100 Mbps? 300Mbps? 600Mbps? And how much do you expect your traffic to grow in the next 12 and then 24 months?

This pdf will give you a rough guide to the performance of some of Cisco's common routers.
If you have 4 x STM1 and that they're busy, I would guess that you need either a C7200 NPE-G2 or else a hardware-assisted router like an ASR1000 (don't get the ESP5 model - it will be useless as a border router in about 18-24 months). Maybe you can get away with something smaller, but don't get too small because your internet traffic is probably still growing.
