Depends what you want to use it for. I've got one (so far) which I'm going to be using as an EoMPLS endpoint. It has all the features I need for that. If I wanted an ethernet access box that did L3 with IPv4 and IPv6, then I would (and do) use a 3560G (or 3560E if I need 10G).
