Well, it supports hardware-based IPv4 (256,000 entries max.) 
and IPv6 (128,000 entries max.). It will also do Multicast 
in hardware (32,000 both for IPv4 and IPv6).

Flexible Netflow is supported - 128,000 entries.

The whole thing runs IOS XE, but lots of licensing involved 
too.

Still waiting to get my hands on one, but our application is 
pure Layer 2.
