As i faced, the 2 AS using different networks mainly, but of course within ISP environment 2 AS`s networks see and connect each other. I heard because of financial cause, maybe they were using the second AS as a transit AS and selling to the other ISPs as financial reason. However, it can be done with one AS as well. The only scenario comes to my mind (as some of you awared already) is the merging problems. I were searching just the other possible scenarios :) Thanks a lot for great ideas. BR,-Mert
