My crystal ball is unsure what it is that you want to know.
- Packets coming in from the remote device connected to the 6500 port
will be forwarded to the other end of the EoMPLS link - no matter
whether STP, ARP, IP, or whatever packet (watch out for MTU if using
tagged packets)
- the 6506 itself will *not* generate STP packets on an EoMPLS port
(neither outbound, nor virtually inbound), as it is not running a
bridge instance
- CDP *will* be sent on the EoMPLS port, at least on some releases, so
if you use CDP on the end devices, turn it off on the 6500
